Overview

ArkonSwap is built on a privacy-first philosophy. We operate a non-custodial swap platform. We do not require accounts, do not collect personal information, and are not designed to identify you.

This policy explains what limited data is processed when you use ArkonSwap, and why.

Data we collect

ArkonSwap processes the following data to function:

• Destination wallet address — provided by you when creating a swap. It is used to route funds on-chain to your wallet, and stored as part of the order record so we can display order status, process refunds, and assist with support requests. It is never linked to any personal identity.
• Order ID and swap parameters — assigned upon order creation and retained as part of the order record (assets, amounts, status, transaction hashes). This is on-chain-adjacent data, not personal data.
• Session identifier — a random UUID generated in your browser session. It is used solely to allow order history lookup within the same browser session. It is not linked to any personal identity.
• Telegram chat ID (optional) — only if you opt in to swap completion alerts. It is stored with the order, used once to notify you, and never used for any other purpose. You can simply leave the field empty for zero contact data.
• IP address (transient, anti-abuse only) — like any web service, your IP is technically visible to our server. We use it exclusively for rate limiting to protect the service against abuse. It is never stored with orders, never used for tracking, and never linked to your swaps.

What we don't collect

ArkonSwap does not collect, store, or process:

• Your name, email address, or phone number — no contact information unless you opt in to Telegram alerts
• Your IP address in connection with any swap — IPs are used transiently for rate limiting only and are never stored with orders
• Geolocation data of any kind
• Device fingerprints, browser identifiers, or tracking pixels
• Cookies beyond the Laravel session cookie required for CSRF protection
• Analytics or behavioural data

Third parties

Swap infrastructure

Swap orders are processed by ArkonSwap's infrastructure provider. Your destination address and order parameters are transmitted solely to execute the transaction on-chain. The provider may log transaction data for operational and AML compliance purposes.

Google Fonts

ArkonSwap loads the Syne and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts. This results in a DNS request to Google's servers when you first visit. You may block this via browser settings or a DNS-level ad blocker if desired.

No advertising

ArkonSwap contains no advertising, no tracking scripts, no analytics SDKs, and no social media widgets.

Session & cookies

ArkonSwap uses a single session cookie, required by the Laravel framework for CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection. This cookie is strictly functional — it does not track you across sites and expires when you close your browser. It contains no personal information.

The session also stores your session ID (a random UUID), which lets you look up past orders without re-entering information. This ID is not tied to your identity.

AML compliance

Swaps are routed through upstream liquidity infrastructure that runs automated AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. This screening is pattern-based on incoming funds, not identity-based — it analyses where deposited funds come from, not who you are. In rare cases where a deposit matches known illicit-fund patterns, the transaction may be paused and identity documents requested by that layer. ArkonSwap cannot trigger this process and does not receive or store any documents submitted through it.

Your rights

ArkonSwap stores no identity data, so there is no profile to provide, correct, or delete. Order records (wallet addresses, amounts, transaction hashes) are operational data not linked to any identity. If you opted in to Telegram alerts and want your chat ID removed from an order record, contact us with the Order ID and we will delete it.

Your session data is stored in your own browser and is cleared when you end the session or clear cookies.
